Accounts without a paid plan get deadline and digest alerts for the first 14 days. After day 14, alerts stop and you have 14 more days to pick a plan. Accounts that have never paid are deleted on day 29. Paid plans can be cancelled for a full refund within 7 days of signup; after that, cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
