RFPRound

Keystone's November.

One month, one pursuit — an illustrative walkthrough. Keystone Government Services is the same sample vendor as the Live Demo; the firm, the match, and the amendment below are illustrative of how a pursuit moves through RFPRound, not a customer testimonial, and no outcome is promised or typical.

1. Match Profile on file

Match score 92/100 NAICS match Set-aside match

Sample match card, shown with sample data.

The match. Keystone's Match Profile — its NAICS codes, its set-aside certification, its states — is on file. On the morning digest, a new solicitation passes every gate the profile sets, with the reasons spelled out in plain English and a match score from Keystone's own rubric. No hunting through SAM.gov: the fit arrives explained.

2. Decision on record

Decision: Bid · Recorded by a named owner, with rationale and date

Watching → Reviewing → Bid

The decision. Someone named decides. The pursuit moves from Watching to Reviewing, and the bid decision is recorded with its rationale and its date — not left in someone's inbox. The pursuit brief assembles itself from the record: the notice summary, the requirements from the notice itself, the qualification notes.

3. Deadline moved

Nov 20 → Nov 27

Deadline-move card — old date struck through, new date bold, exactly as the alert shows it.

The amendment. Mid-month, the buyer amends the solicitation and the deadline moves. SAM.gov only ever shows the latest version — but RFPRound snapshots every tracked notice daily and diffs the snapshots, so the move lands in Keystone's alerts the day it appears, and every countdown on the pursuit updates itself. This is the watch working exactly as the Proof page counts it.

4. Same-day alert

Amendment alert — deadline moved

Response deadline: Nov 20 → Nov 27. The pursuit countdown has been updated.

The alert email. The amendment arrives as an email the day the watch sees it — what changed, the old and new values, and a link straight to the pursuit record.

5. Approvals with owners

Draft review Approval Submit — gated

Every step carries a named owner.

The workflow. The pursuit runs Keystone's approval workflow: a draft review step, an approval step with a named owner, and a submit-gated step that only a user with the Submit capability can complete — signing the certification statement as they do. A step that stalls shows up in My Tasks and can be reassigned before it becomes a missed deadline.

6. Won or lost, on record

Individual Pro Premium Ultimate

The pipeline, workflow and audit features Keystone uses ride the paid plans — see Pricing.

The submission & outcome. The bid goes in before the amended deadline, through the official listing's own channel, and the confirmation is recorded on the pursuit. Won, the record continues into award terms and post-award reminders; lost, a short debrief captures the buyer's feedback and a successor watch is set for the next round.

Your month could look like this. The whole mechanism is the story above — profile, daily matching, amendment watching, and a pipeline that keeps every decision on record.
