Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account details you provide (name, company, email), your match profile (NAICS codes, certifications, states, keywords), the opportunities you save, and records of decisions and activity inside your account. Payment details are collected and held by our payment processor, not by RFPRound.

How we use it:

To operate your account, match opportunities, send the alerts you signed up for, and keep an audit trail for your organization. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Never-paid accounts are deleted on day 29 under the free-period terms. Cancelled paid accounts are handled under the Terms of Service.

GovWin IQ data

If your organization connects its own GovWin IQ account in Settings, the credentials you enter are stored server-side only, are shown back masked and never in full, and are used only to test and operate that connection for your organization. Disconnecting GovWin deletes the stored credentials.

Single sign-on

If your organization enables single sign-on, your identity provider supplies your name, email address and sign-in verification at login. RFPRound stores the SSO configuration for your organization; provider secrets are stored server-side, masked in every screen, and never returned in full. Accounts are matched by email address - SSO does not create accounts for people your organization has not invited.

What we never do

We never sell your personal information, never share it with bidding agencies, and never use your profile text or records to train AI models.

Who processes data for us

A small set of processors handles data only to operate the service: our payment processor for billing, our email provider for the alerts and messages you ask for, and our hosting provider for the application itself. We do not sell your personal information, and processors may not use it for their own marketing.

Email

Alert and Round-Up emails include a one-click unsubscribe. Transactional emails (receipts, and the deadline and amendment alerts you asked for) continue while your account is active.

Data sources

Solicitation listings are public government data from these sources: SAM.gov, run by the U.S. General Services Administration (federal notices); the official state portals of Alaska Online Public Notices, Arizona Arizona Procurement Portal (APP), Arkansas ARBuy, Colorado Vendor Self Service (ColoradoVSS), Delaware MyMarketplace, District of Columbia OCP, Georgia Georgia Procurement Registry, Illinois BidBuy, Indiana IDOA Procurement, Iowa IMPACS, Kentucky Vendor Self Service (VSS), Mississippi DFA Procurement Search (MS Bid Search), Montana eMACS, Nebraska State Purchasing Bureau, Nevada NevadaEPro, New Jersey NJSTART, New Mexico eProNM, Oregon OregonBuys, Pennsylvania PA eMarketplace, South Carolina SCBO (SC Business Opportunities), Texas ESBD (Texas SmartBuy), Utah Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P), Virginia eVA; and local listings via Bonfire, DemandStar, IonWave and OpenGov. States whose portals are not listed here are not data sources — the State Portals directory links the official procurement portal of each state and the District of Columbia for reference only. We store listing metadata (title, agency, dates, solicitation number) to power search, matching, and alerts. RFPRound is not affiliated with the U.S. government.

Your rights

Email support@rfpround.com any time to export or delete your account data, or to ask what we hold about you. While your account is open, the Primary user can export the organization's data from Export & Transfer, and a printable packet of any single pursuit's record is available directly from its record page.
